(e) Combined Project is not allowed in CS-76 as per guidelines provided to you. 3%
(f) Name and address of the guide is not mentioned on the Project Proposal Performa and/or the guide has not signed the same. 5%
(g) Originality Certificate is not enclosed. 15%
(h) Originality Certificate enclosed is not as per project guidelines provided to you. It should be signed by both the guide and the student. 25%
(i) signature of the guide in the originality certificate differs with the signature as appended in the project proposal 18%
(j) Your Project Proposal was approved on _______________ Therefore you are eligible for submission of the project report in the next semester. 5%
