Situated at a distance of 70-km NorthWest of Delhi on the National Highway No.10, Maharshi Dayanand University is spread over a sprawling 740 acres of land on the outskirts of the historic city of Rohtak. It has in its fold 119 colleges and institutes. University has approximately 1.6 Lac students on its roll in regular courses. Further Directorate of Distance Education is imparting education to more than 30,000 students through its study centers spread over 8 districts of its State. Distance Education is an established and recognized mode of education, which is in consonance with changing socio-economic needs and emerging demands of the knowledge era. Last year, the Directorate took the initiative of starting courses related to Management and Law. The programs are offered right now are M.Sc. Computer Science, BCA (Bachelor of Computer Application), APGDCA (Advance P. G. Diploma in Computer Applications), APGDIT (Advance P. G.
